I would recommend doing these interval sprints 2-3 times a week at first to try and jumpstart your metabolism and shock your body. Once you've reached your goal, you will probably be fine doing 1-2 of these interval sprints every week. Good luck! Let me know if you have any other questions:) And as always, I love feedback. Thanks! In fact, a lot of times when I'm training for a race I gain weight! Anyway, I've been reading your blog and I feel like you have so many awesome healthy tips about eating right and exercises to maintain healthy weight and fitness. I had a baby 9 months ago and am working on toning up my postpartum belly and shedding the annoying last 5 pounds. I tried this workout today and it was awesome! I alternated between jogging at a 9:13 pace and running at a 7:30 pace. It kicked my butt and I was sweating buckets. Hopefully if I keep it up I'll finally see some results on the scale. How often a week would you suggest doing this workout? Thanks again for all your great posts! They're awesome!Beccarigghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08152742521372953808noreply@blogger.com
