Love this post! Especially the quote that says, "Why work so hard in the gym to waste it with a bad diet?" That is exactly my problem right now! I work out hard, every day, but then I go and eat tons of crappy food and feel like it's okay because I "worked out." Such a waste! I've been at a weight plateau for 2 months and it's because I haven't made any changes in my diet and eat sooo bad on the weekends. This totally motivated me to get my diet in check and make my daily workouts count! Thanks!!
