Burn as many calories as a 40-60 min run?? tiff do you really think thats true?

When you do a high intensity interval training session like this your body doesn't only burn calories during your session, your body continues to burn calories AFTER and throughout the next several hours. Because of this you end up burring the equivalent to a 30-40 min cardio session.
ReplyDeleteDang! I could squeeze this in on my busiest days!! I was iffy about the calories burned too, but totally makes sense. I am def gunna try this tomorrow! Thanks for posting!! Let me know if you have any other "quick" workouts like this. They are great for days when I am gone at school and work from 11 am to 9 pm!
